ANNUAL TRAINING & AWARDS EVENT

With Early Childhood Education and Care crucial for positive and long-lasting effects on children’s outcomes, setting the foundation for life-long learning, growth and development, Crazy 4 Kids endeavour to source the highest quality educators and support staff, recognising the importance of continued professional development, refreshing knowledge and skills in line with current standards and legislation, implementing the highest quality of practice.

Crazy 4 Kids are passionate about workforce development, striving to ensure a future-ready, resilient, and highly skilled team of Early Years and Out of School Club professionals. In 2022, the company introduced an annual training and awards event, offering a variety of activities and presentations, enhancing and developing everyone’s knowledge and skills, whilst celebrating their hard work and acknowledging special achievements.

On 28th April 2023, everyone at Crazy 4 Kids came together for their annual training and awards event. We began the morning with a safeguarding update, closely followed by a SEND session and a health and safety presentation. To finish the morning everyone enjoyed a team-building activity with some light meditation before lunch. The afternoon focused on teaching and learning with the awards presentation to finish the day. The feedback received from parents/ carers, children and colleagues was outstanding and highly reflective of the hard work, dedication and commitment of everyone at Crazy 4 Kids.
