Admissions & Policies
- Complete the Booking Enquiry Form which will go the C4K office to check availability; the C4K office will notify you of availability.
- You then need to confirm days/dates required and start date (once these have been confirmed and booked they are your days/dates and will be chargeable).
- Complete an online Admissions Form stating the site of your choice (one must be completed for each child if more than one child will be attending from your family)
- Be sure to complete the Medical/Medication form/section if your child has a particular medical/medication need, i.e. Asthma.
- Call the site to arrange a visit and to meet the team (see contact page)

We offer Funded Places for 2 & 3 year olds.
We take payments from a number of Childcare Voucher Companies and Tax-Free Childcare.
