Admissions & Policies

  1. Complete the Booking Enquiry Form which will go the C4K office to check availability; the C4K office will notify you of availability.
  2. You then need to confirm days/dates required and start date (once these have been confirmed and booked they are your days/dates and will be chargeable).
  3. Complete an online Admissions Form stating the site of your choice (one must be completed for each child if more than one child will be attending from your family)
  4. Be sure to complete the Medical/Medication form/section if your child has a particular medical/medication need, i.e. Asthma.
  5. Call the site to arrange a visit and to meet the team (see contact page)

Fees
At Crazy 4 Kids, we provide Government-Funded places across two sessions, which can be taken as either a full day or a school day. Please contact your admissions administrator to discuss your specific session needs and refer to your site’s price list for full details.
Fees can be paid via BACS, childcare vouchers, or Tax-Free Childcare.
